The first launch event will take place at RICS Headquarters in Westminster, London, on Tuesday 18th November 2025 at 6:30 PM, followed by a Cayman launch on Friday 28th November 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Harquail Theatre.
The book chronicles Martyn’s nearly six decades in the Cayman Islands, from its early days as “the islands time forgot” to its transformation into a global financial hub. It reflects on a lifetime of entrepreneurship, cultural stewardship, and adventure — from developing iconic properties such as The Great House on Seven Mile Beach, to climbing Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, and Fuji in his seventies.
