A project on which the BCL provided Republic Bank project monitoring services throughout construction.
The 220-suite, adults-only resort quietly welcomed its first guests on June 1, 2026, and this week's ribbon-cutting ceremony formally introduced the property to the world. The event was led by Barbados Prime Minister the Hon. Mia Mottley, who joined Royalton International Chief Development Officer Daniel Díaz for remarks celebrating the resort's arrival. The ceremony featured live steel pan and saxophone performances, a collaborative artistic activation at "The Workshop," a reception showcasing local Barbadian flavors, and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque.
