TUI Global Hospitality Fund has successfully completed the acquisition of Jewel Paradise Cove, a premier all-inclusive resort located on Jamaica’s stunning north coast.
This acquisition aligns with TUI’s strategic vision of expanding its high-quality hospitality offerings in the Caribbean.
Bould Consulting Limited, a leading consultancy specializing in project management and quantity surveying, was appointed to conduct the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for the acquisition.
As part of the assessment, Bould Consulting reviewed the resort’s capital expenditure requirements, alongside an evaluation of its structural integrity, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and overall operational conditions. ADeB Consultants Ltd assisted in the due diligence process, contributing specialized expertise to ensure a thorough evaluation.
Following the acquisition, Blue Diamond Resorts has been selected to carry out the renovation and enhancement of the hotel campus, bringing their extensive expertise in resort development and operations to elevate the guest experience at Jewel Paradise Cove. BCL has a strong track record of working with Blue Diamond Resorts, having previously acted as Project Monitors on their Royalton hotels in Antigua and Barbados.
